Fitzroy North Apt Steps to Edinburgh Gardens

Communication with host was excellent. Location perfect for visiting our daughter in Clifton Hill.Loved walking and exploring Collingwood, north Fitzroy.

Pros: good location, reasonable price. Cons: Place was not well maintained, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to low battery; was musty and not particularly clean. Host was not very responsive and appeared to be using AI responses.

Charlotte was always communicative and also flexible - and her space is charming, clean and so convenient to various cafes and shops incuding the beautiful park right across the way! It was safe and very comfortable stay and her little balcony with the park view was excellent to have a cup of coffee on. Her bed was very clean and so comfy! The bathroom light was having a challenge coming on initially and the WiFi did not work but otherwise I can tell Charlotte the host really cares about the guests’ enjoyment and comfort while staying in her space. Very quiet and safe area highly recommend!

Check-in was in the dark and difficult to access keys. The apartment is well-appointed and nicely positioned. We had everything we needed in the apartment.
